Jake is better

Jake seems to be better. The pediatrician thought it was stomach ulcers, and had him take Omeprazole.

Artistic Lily

Lily has become very artistic recently. I love her pictures. We had a neat experience: we were able to help tow a man whose car died at the intersection by Zollingers frozen foods. It was nice to be used to help someone else.

Pioneer Museum

I took the kids to the Brigham City pioneer museum while Ryan was on a business trip. They had a great time.

Sick Jake

Jake has been sick with something. He will hold his stomach and cry and is off his feed. After nearly 2 weeks of this I’m very concerned. He sees a pediatrician tomorrow. I love this little man something fierce. I hope we can find out what’s wrong.

January peanuts

Lily drew a horse, an idyllic homeschooling moment, John Paul the aviator, and darling baby rabbits born around Christmas. Two of the 6 were peanuts, mini bunnies. One died, which made for many tears, but the other one survived thus far and is very cute. I can’t imagine eating these, so Ryan won’t have any competition there. Also, we for the most part have switched to a whole food plant based diet. Lots of rice and beans, but I feel it’s the right thing for us to do. Jake had a mysterious virus or bug that made him grumpy every afternoon around 3 and not eat as much. Still trying to figure out what that’s all about.

Growing Fast

Sometimes I just like to watch the monitor when he sleeps... my sweet little baby.

Train Museum

Jake loves trains, so we went with Auntie Alissa to the Union Station Museum in Ogden.
